Razorsight Senior Vice President of Business Development, Bruce Bednarski will participate in a roundtable discussion on revenue assurance titled “Cost Effective Business Analytics”. Specifically, panelists will discuss the importance of achieving customer intimacy through highly versatile and scalable operation Business Intelligence (BI) strategies. Attendees will hear first hand knowledge on how to implement BI tools while meeting real-time budget constraints imposed by a fiercely competitive landscape and walk away with a better understanding of how to not only meet their BI objectives, but take their BI operational strategy to a new level using an investment-wise approach.
Also at the show, Razorsight Vice President of Client Services, Thomas Kins will present best practices on how organizations can maximize the return from each dollar invested in network cost management. This interactive session, titled “Understanding and Maximizing Your Network Cost ScoreTM,” will outline what Network Cost Score™ is and the importance of optimizing network costs. Mr. Kins will be joined by Jon Clopton, Vice President, Carrier Relations & Cost Management at Neutral Tandem to share real world examples of how to improve business intelligence and data integrity; increase process automation and efficiency; and maximize visibility into the operation of an organization’s cost management results.
Who:
Bruce Bednarski leads Razorsight's strategic partnering initiatives. Prior to joining Razorsight, he served as the senior vice president of business development at iDirect Technologies. Prior to iDirect, Mr. Bednarski was a co-founder of Net2000 Communications, which grew from a small private company to a public company with a market capitalization of more than $1.6 billion at its initial public offering in March 2000.
Thomas Kins has over 25 years of financial, operational, software development and telecommunications expertise. Mr. Kins' knowledge of telecommunications business and development of systems to support effective cost management have led him to be one of the most respected subject matter experts in financial and system management of telco costs, revenue assurance, network planning and optimization in the industry. Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Kins held executive management positions at Winstar, Cable & Wireless and TEOCO.
