Razorsight Adds Industry Veterans to Leadership Team

Michael Bunyard and Deborah Balducci Join Company

Fairfax, VA - May 12, 2008 - Razorsight Corporation, the market-leading provider of on-demand financial business intelligence solutions for communications, media and entertainment companies, today announced the strategic additions of Michael Bunyard as vice president of marketing and Deborah Balducci as executive director of client services and customer delivery. Mr. Bunyard brings over 20 years of product management and marketing expertise to Razorsight while Ms. Balducci adds 15 years of large scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) project management and professional services experience.

In his role as vice president of marketing, Mr. Bunyard is responsible for managing Razorsight’s product innovation and global distribution strategy. Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Bunyard was senior director of products at Fiserv Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s fraud mitigation solutions. Mr. Bunyard has also held the positions of vice president of marketing at Voyence, a network configuration management software vendor recently acquired by EMC, and vice president of product management at MetaSolv, later acquired by Oracle. Mr. Bunyard attended St. Mary’s College in California where he earned an MBA. He also holds a B.S degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry. 

As executive director of client services and customer delivery, Ms. Balducci is responsible for the management of domestic and international professional services and customer delivery. Before joining Razorsight, Ms. Balducci was a project management consultant serving clients which included Avaya, Autodesk, and United Launch Alliance. She previously held the position of director, IT internal audit at TeleTech Holdings, a leading global business process outsourcing company. Ms Balducci was also a key member of the Global Leadership Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the SAP Security and Controls Practice, working with many high technology and telecom SAP customers. Ms Balducci earned both her CPA and a BSBA in Accounting at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
